CARMARTHEN LANDLORD FORUM

A representative from Dwr Cymru will be in attendance at the Carmarthen Landlord Forum to explain the legal responsibilities of landlords in relation to water charges, offering useful advice on how to avoid unnecessary bills and manage any changes in the most effective ways possible.
Carmarthenshire’s Executive Board Member, Councillor Linda Evans will also be in attending the Carmarthen Landlord Forum presenting the county’s affordable housing goals and ambitions. This will include the launching of the Council’s very own letting agency, Simple Lettings. There will include a variety of useful information stands for you to get as much knowledge as possible and get the most out of the event.
The Carmarthen Landlord Forum event is completely free with no need to book before hand and includes free refreshments for all of those in attendance.
