Inventory Service – From £70
At Libra Energy, we provide our clients with a detailed report which has a record of all fittings, fixtures and decor. While we are at the property we also provide an evaluation with photographic evidence of the condition of the property along with the state of cleanliness.
The reason why we use photographic evidence, is that it provides support should a dispute arise at the end of a tenancy period. We spend time at each property going from room to room, we also inspect outside of the property as well*T&C’s apply for outside inspections.
We have a methodical approach to work to ensure that each property is fully inspecting with nothing missed. We use software to produce our bespoke inventory pdf document. This document can be sent to property owner via email for your records.
Check In Service – From £75
At Libra Energy, we provide our clients with a full check in report which is required at the start of a tenancy.
The condition of the property of the day of the inspection takes place will be noted on the document. Libra Energy will walk around the whole of the property and will highlight any issues.
Libra Energy will record any utility meters and we will photograph the readings while we are at the property.
Check Out Service – From £75
At Libra Energy, we provide our clients with a detailed report
This report must be carried out at a very crucial time of a tenancy, as soon as the tenant moves out. An Inventory Provider will compile a check-out report by comparing the condition of the property and its fixtures and fittings at the end of the tenancy with the initial inventory/check in report. The report will contain details of any damage, missing items, cleaning required and note any items present that were not listed on the inventory at check in.
Interim Inspection Service – From £35
Interim Inspection Service – Libra Energy and Estates offer an interim inspection is made part way through a tenancy. During this inspection, our team look at the condition of the property, the properties contents and any issues there may be. As part of our interim inspection, we can identify if any part of the property requires repair work, maintenance or restoration work.

What are Void Property Inspections?
Void Property Inspections – There are numerous empty properties in the UK which need to be protected from squatters, vandalism, fire and theft. Void Property Inspections checks the properties for all of the above. Libra Energy and Estates offer a bespoke service and package service for Void Property Inspections. Some of our services include:
- We visit the property to inspect the outside of the property for damage or theft.
- We visit the property to inspect the inside of property for damage or theft, squatters or proof of illegal entry.
- We visit the property to read utility meters
