Libra Energy is pleased to promote 2 events that are running in Carmarthenshire and Llanelli to support Landlords with lots of useful information. Both events are identical, meaning if you can’t make the one, there is another date available. Guest speakers will be presenting and discussing current hot topics.
The hot topics include :
- The latest on Energy Performance Certificates Legislation and the assistance available to landlords
- The issue of ‘County Lines’ drug gangs and their misuse of rental properties
- Updates on Universal Credit for landlords
At the events, local agencies and services will also be running stalls offering advice and information to landlords.
Entry is free and refreshments are provided. There is no booking required – just turn up!
